• Currently accepting cash, check, PayPal and all major credit cards. Please contact me for more information on rates and fees.

• At this time we do not accept insurance. However we can provide you with necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement through a superbill.

• We reserve the right to charge a fee for any appointment that is not kept. This amount will be charged for not canceling 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
